The 2026 NGLA Call for Programs is Open!
This year, all submissions will use a NEW universal form for all NGLA programming, which includes the NGLA Annual Conference, plus virtual programs and podcasts for the NGLA community.
The 2026 NGLA Annual Conference is in Pittsburgh, PA from February 26 - March 1. We are seeking applications for: Keynote | Friday & Saturday (60 minutes) Undergraduate Education | Friday & Saturday (30 or 60 minutes) Experiential Undergraduate Education | Friday Afternoon (90 minutes) Graduate Education | Friday & Saturday (30 or 60 minutes) Professional Education | Friday & Saturday (30 or 60 minutes)
Additionally, we are seeking applications for 30 to 60-minute virtual programs and podcasts for the NGLA community.
Program proposals must support the NGLA Mission and Vision and be aligned with the NGLA Learning Outcomes. The program format is unrestricted and may be presented by up to four presenters. For your consideration, sample program applications are available.
* NOTE * Presenters may complete more than one 2026 NGLA Call for Programs Application.
NGLA Annual Conference Keynote applications are due Monday, July 14 at 11:59pm ET. Program notifications will be sent at the end of July.
NGLA Annual Conference Educational Programs, as well as Virtual Programs and Podcasts, are due Friday, August 15 at 11:59pm ET. Program notifications will be sent at the end of October.
Presenters for the NGLA Annual Conference are required to register for the event. Discounted multi-day speaker registration or one-day registration is available.
