Subject: How can I help you?

Today’s message has two parts:

• A survey with gifts if you complete it for me. My survey will ask you if you need any help during this difficult time.

• This week’s inspiring message.

First, I hope you are safe and healthy. I hope your family and everyone you care for is OK. Being OK is not just about not catching the Coronavirus, it’s also about staying OK mentally. So, how are you feeling? Please take a couple of minutes and complete my survey on this page.

Note: if you have any problems viewing it on the page, here is a direct link to the survey if you can't see it on my website page.

If you complete the survey you will get a link to a surprise gift (it’s in the thank you message).

And don’t forget to click the link to join my Facebook page, there are many posts and tips there and I plan to be live online very soon.

This week's message

This week I want to talk about how you might be using the time you have, if you are at home, away from the office or school. Perhaps you are working at home like me. Our lifestyles have changed and things that didn’t matter before, do now. I think certain things like communication and social interactive have become very important.

The internet can help in so many ways. It helps me to communicate with thousands and help many people. We can stay in touch even though we may be far apart. But, don’t forget, we can feed our minds. The huge amount of knowledge out there should inspire you to learn, to improve and better yourself. What would you like to learn? No better time than now to learn a language, travel online to places you haven’t visited, to learn about other cultures, history, and much more.

I am a teacher amongst other things, so no surprise that I believe education and learning makes us better people. So remember this week to think about how you can use this time. People have been complaining about commuting, about stress and working too much and suddenly this has all changed.

If we want to we can focus on the nightmare that faces us or we can take the positives from this experience. Our world will never be the same again, but I wonder, will you?

“Change is the end result of all true learning.” ― Leo Buscaglia

Let me know how you’re doing, leave some comments and thoughts on the subscriber’s page. I want to help, so thanks for looking at my survey.

ps. I have also changed the look of the homepage at https://www.more-selfesteem.com any thoughts about that, do you like it?

That’s all for this week, look out for my coming messages and new things I plan to help you build even More Self Esteem.
