Subject: Hope you're OK...

Just a Quickie First...

A couple of days ago I emailed you a link to a new video I placed on my youtube channel, but forgot to allow comments! So could I start today by giving you the link again and asking you to watch it and make a comment. I have a had a few comments about the speed of the video…

I plan to make more videos including live Q and A sessions so I need the feedback to see how I can improve my video skills and make it more helpful.

Go here to watch my new video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOPuFZqhqkk

All comments will be answered and if you subscribe to my channel and comment about the video I will send you a FREE gift (it’s called my Confidence Master Plan – 3 steps you can take for long-term confidence!).

Just send me an email after you comment on the video and subscribe to my channel and I'll give you a link to the Confidence Master Plan.

Thanks,
Karl

This week’s message

I hope you are safe and staying healthy. This Coronavirus is affecting our lives in a big way. I’m self-isolating in my garden mostly when I’m not working on my computer. Fortunately, most of my work is online. I do hope you are OK wherever you are and if you’re at home or at work please be careful.

“The most beautiful thing you can wear is confidence”.

Confidence makes you look more attractive and attracts good things into your life. Without confidence everything seems hard and hopeless. Confidence can protect you from failure because you will try again and it can protect you from negative comments from others as you will not listen.

How self confident are you?

The first steps towards having confidence are to understand what you are good at and do more of it, and also to know what you need to improve and to do so.

These first steps require you to be honest with yourself and not listen to what others say to you. Actually, you might even tell yourself things which are not true. Self talk is so important.

With confidence everything is much easier. To build it, don’t run away from what scares you. As I recently posted on Instagram, if something scares and excites you a little it’s probably worth doing.

The opposite of confidence is fear. What are you most afraid of that stops you from being as confident as you can?

With confidence you have won even before you have started.

I’d love you to share this page with others.

That’s all for this week, look out for my coming messages and new things I plan to help you build even More Self Esteem.
