A great starting point. Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional situps and pushups, however, they are often neglected. 


Prolonged exposure to driving cars has been identified as a risk factor for low back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders. This risk is increased for those who drive for 20 hours per week or more, especially for their work.
