Subject: The Next Martial Arts Business Email Series Is...

Friend,

I'm back today to announce the topic of the next Best Damned Martial Arts Business Newsletter email series.*

For those of you who are new to the newsletter, here's how things work around here...

I write an in-depth series on a selected martial arts business topic about once every six weeks. Each series consists of roughly 10-20 in-depth emails, delivered over the course of two to four weeks.**

I know, I know... most email newsletters only publish once a week instead of daily. And, most email newsletters consist of short, superficial messages that are designed to pique curiosity and not educate the reader.

Well, this newsletter is a bit different from everyone else's. So, sue me for over-delivering.

But getting back to the topic of the next topic...

I think you're going to like this one. It's a subject that confounds and befuddles many a martial art school owner, and yet it's something that every school owner needs.

Namely, direct response marketing.

Now, of course every dojo owner knows they need to market their school. And, many of you are aware of the various ways to get the word out on your programs.

Website marketing. Social media marketing. Search engine marketing. Social media ad campaigns. Pay-per-click ads. Rack cards. Direct mail. Public appearances. Press coverage. And so on.

But do you understand the "why" behind those marketing methods? Do you know what makes them tick? Has anyone ever revealed how to make those methods work for your school?

If not, then you're in for a real treat. Because I'm going to reveal how many of the top school owners in the country grew their dojos.

In fact, many of the "superstar" school owners you've read about would have languished in obscurity, had they not discovered the methods we're going to cover over the next few weeks.

So, if you want to know how some yokel school owner from the sticks suddenly grew their dojo enrollment to 300+ members, you're going to want to follow the newsletter for the next few weeks.

Tomorrow I'll be sending you the first message in the series. Stay tuned.

Until next time,

Mike Massie

P.S. - *If you're asking why I decided to slap a title on this newsletter, you probably missed my recent series on branding for martial art school owners. But don't worry -- I'll soon be republishing that material, and I'll announce it here in the newsletter when I do.

P.S.S. - **So what do I publish in the newsletter the rest of the time? When I'm giving my fingers a rest from the keyboard, I send out shorter messages and links to past articles and podcast episodes (along with the occasional pitch for one of my products or services). I've been doing the online content thing for well over a decade now, and I have huge amounts of information just sitting there on my blog and hard drive. Rather than keeping it buried, I often dust the digital cobwebs off the best of it and send it out to you.
