P.S. - This really is a very simple business. However, there's a tendency in this industry to add complexity to what should be a very simple business to run. See, it's an old trick in consulting... to add unnecessary complexity, in order to keep clients dependent on you. Consultants do this a lot to boost their income. My advice to you is to keep things simple and focus on the basics.

P.S.S. - This is actually one of the biggest challenges I have with new members in my online coaching group... getting them to focus on what matters in their business. I was just chatting with a client last night who enrolled 10 people right before our chat. Yes, in one night. This same school owner generated 111 inquiries last month. He did it by focusing on the basics and following the principles I teach in my coaching group. There are really just a few basic things you need to do to grow your dojo.
