Subject: Let's Make Summer Great Again... In Your Dojo

Friend,

Recently in my coaching group, a school owner posted the following:

"...last March I had 2 people come in for introductory lessons and always blamed it on something like March is just a horrible time for karate schools, or baseball season kills my school, etc.

But this March I have had 19 introductory lessons fully booked with still a week to go!

So I just wanted to say that ever since I joined this group and implemented the strategies in the courses and with the guidance of Michael Massie and everyone else in this group that my school has had some serious growth since last spring..."

I thought this was pretty cool. But what's interesting to me is that I've always liked March, because my birthday falls in this month. And I've always enrolled a ton of students in March as well.

See, it's all a matter of perspective and expectations. I expect to do well during the spring months and enroll a lot of students, and that's what happens. But I'm sure if I had low expectations for March, April, and May, I'd enroll fewer students.

The same thing goes for the summer months. Traditionally school owners have seen those months as being "lean" months that they have to struggle through. Sure, I once did as well, but then one summer I decided to see how many students I could enroll.

Well, guess what? I figured out some new strategies, changed my attitude, marketed the hell out of my programs, and I had my best summer ever.

You can too, if you're willing to change your attitude and approach to the summer months. And, here are three ways you can do exactly that:

Until next time,

P.S. - That coaching group is changing lives. School owners who go through the courses, actively participate in the coaching group discussions, watch the webinars, and use the metric ass-ton (that's a scientific term) of marketing materials I provide every month see huge growth in their dojos. Sometimes it's right away, while for others it takes a while for all the information to sink in, but school owners get massive results in my coaching group.

No, it isn't cheap, but it's well within the range of what any school owner can afford. The marketing materials alone are worth the cost of the membership, they're not the same old boring crap, either. These ads are fresh, the design quality is incredible, and they will generate interest in your programs.

I suppose if you want to keep on doing what you've been doing and getting what you've always gotten, you can ignore this invitation.
