One of our customers recently had a health emergency that landed him in hospital for several days. In the confusion of it all, his ZWO AM3 harmonic drive mount was left behind — fully set up in the backyard, exposed to the elements, including heavy rain.
By the time he was home and back on his feet, the mount wouldn't boot. Water had reached the electronics and damaged several critical chips. He came to us not knowing what to expect.
