Subject: Going from good to great

Hi Friend,

Want to know what I love about the work I do? I love seeing women who are living a good life spring forward into a great life.

The things these ladies are accomplishing in just a few short months is nothing short of amazing. For example,

  • Judi decided she was tired of playing small at her company. She knew she was doing the lion’s share of the work, but because she’s quiet and unassuming, she often goes unnoticed. Others were being promoted while she sat quietly on the sidelines. The L.I.V.E. Protocol group program gave her the courage to step outside her comfort zone and apply for a job two levels above the one she had. She told us this is never done, but she didn’t care. She was going for it! And guess what? She got the job! She told me that having the other women to talk it out with and cheer her on helped her take a leap of faith and go after what she wanted.

  • Debby has a love of all things natural and has purchased several online programs over the years. The problem was she never got around to doing them. Even though they sparked joy for her, something else always seemed to get in the way. During the L.I.V.E. Protocol program, she committed to starting a healing teas program. Every time the group met, she updated us on her progress and told us how much she was learning. Being part of the group inspired her to make time for herself and the things that are important to her.

  • Denise joined the program because she’d done The Whole 30 and wanted to do it again with more support. She thought the women in the L.I.V.E. Protocol could help her hold herself accountable. What she discovered along the way was she didn’t have enough fun in her life. No one had taken that away from her. She had just stopped doing things that made her happy. A few weeks in, she decided to switch gears and do one thing a week that made her happy. Every week she picked a day to do something just for her. Her greatest accomplishment came the final week of the program. She was caring for her dad while her mom closed their winter home. For anyone who’s cared for an aging parent, you know it comes with its own set of challenges. She told me it was one of her best weekly adventures. She enjoyed time with her dad, talking, helping him when he needed it and being in the moments they shared together.

These are just some of the ways we go from good to great. We make a conscious decision to do the things that make life worth living. That’s when we start to thrive instead of just survive.

What would your life look like if you dedicated two hours a month to yourself?

To put yourself back in the driver’s seat of your life instead of just hanging on and hoping for the best? If you’d like to find out, I invite you to join our next group that starts on May 19.
