🌿 The 60-Second “Trickle Breath” Reset

This is one of my favorite nervous system tools because it’s gentle, fast, and effective — especially on busy days.

  1. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds

  2. Pause for 2

  3. Exhale slowly through pursed lips for 6–8 seconds

  4. Repeat for one minute

That slow exhale signals your parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and repair” side) to relax, soften, and release tension.


It’s a small shift that can make a big difference.
