I've been toying with the idea of having a book club that centers around wellness. I have to say, it's a first for me, but I love to read and always wanted to join a book club. 

So I'm going to do it. With summer right around the corner, it's a great way to get in shape, learn what drives our emotional eating, and how to take back control of what we put in our mouths.

We'll be focused on 30 min workouts using the 21 Day Fix, simple nutrition, and ignoring the scale for the entire 21 days—yahoo! Are you game? 

Since it's the start of a new season, why not create a new beginning! Whatever your goals, I really do believe the 21 Day Fix program is a great place to start! This group will help you to stay accountable and get you moving on the right path. 

We will also be inspired by the book, FOOD: THE GOOD GIRL'S DRUG. Trying to deal with the issues that got us to this place is all part of the journey to being healthier. So let's celebrate what has brought us here and learn how to make long lasting, healthy changes!

The 21 Day Fix program has given results to thousands of people. It's a program that has simplified nutrition and combined it with 30 minute workouts. And the good new is, there's modifications for all levels (which is usually how I start out). It also uses a simple portion-control meal plan and along with the workouts makes losing weight attainable. You won't be counting calories and can look forward to NEVER having to "diet" again!

We will also be drinking Shakeology, once a day, to provide us with nutritious super food ingredients that will help maximize our results. It's an amazing addition to our nutrition plan and offers many benefits. I've been drinking it for six years, and believe in the health promoting benefits of this product.

I have been leading private support groups for others in a variety of health related topics. This is my first combined fitness, food and self-development program and I'm really excited to try it out.

I truly believe that FITNESS + NUTRITION + ACCOUNTABILITY + COACHING = SUCCESS.
