...And just like that summer has come to an end (unless you're traveling to warmer climates). This summer started off crazy. The team and I were under immense pressure to close on our first commercial property and we were successful. I'd like to thank Bishop Witherspoon for giving us the opportunity to execute. Next March will be 13 years that I've been at the helm of GardnerGlobal and in the real estate development game and everyday feels like I'm learning something new. Through it all, the wins, losses and moments were we seemed to be stuck in purgatory - we stuck it out and we couldn't do it without your support.

In addition to buying property in the Central District, we've identified vision and mission aligned investors. We are giving opportunities to those who've traditionally been excluded from participating at this level and we feel good about bringing those amazing folks along for the journey.
