...And just like that summer has come to an end (unless you're traveling to warmer climates). This summer started off crazy. The team and I were under immense pressure to close on our first commercial property and we were successful. I'd like to thank Bishop Witherspoon for giving us the opportunity to execute. A huge thank you to Nicole Bascomb, Damon McGruder, our attorneys at Perkins Coie our friends at Capital Suisse and our partners at Heartland. Truly a team effort. Thank you all for playing a role in getting this deal across the finish line.

Next March will be 13 years that I've been at the helm of GardnerGlobal and in the real estate development game and everyday feels like I'm learning something new. Through it all, the wins, losses and moments were we seemed to be stuck in purgatory - we stuck it out and we couldn't do it without your support.

In addition to buying property in the Central District, we've identified vision and mission aligned investors. We are giving opportunities to those who've traditionally been excluded from participating at this level and we feel good about bringing those amazing folks along for the journey. I'd like to personally say "THANK YOU" to all those who believed in us and stepped up by making a financial investment in GardnerGlobal's vision to build wealth through multi-family real estate #letsbuildwealth is our mantra and we're sticking to it. Time to saddle up. Stay tuned!
