The Landmarque HOA is comprised of 68 beautiful town homes in King County's Des Moines, WA., spread across two-acres. These single family homes were completed in early 2016. Onpoint Real Estate will step in to be the new property manager and be responsible for finance management, dues collection, bills, maintenance, and dedicated home owner communications.
