My old mentor, Mr Geegeez (Matt Bisogno), has come up with a novel idea for a free competition. I thought some of you may be interested and with his permission I am emailing you today.

Fantasy Book 1: 'Own' A Million Pound Racehorse
Book 2 of Newmarket's world famous yearling sales starts today but, as Tony Stafford put it earlier, that session is only for "the merely seriously rich owners".
Meanwhile, in the real world of you and me, such hammer prices as were achieved at Book 1 last week tend to veer towards the faintly offensive. Top lot, a gorgeous daughter of Dank, by Galileo, sold for four million guineas.
To work out the sterling equivalent of a guinea, add 5%. Thus, a guinea is £1.05. And four million guineas is £4,200,000. Yikes.
So as I was scanning the sales prices there, through sick in mouth moments, I hit upon an idea: an idea which makes us all mega-million owners, after a fashion at least. How about a competition to own a few of these horses?
