Positives. Has his conditions and all race conditions fine. He won this race last year. He is also 2/8, 3 places in the 14/1-20/1 range. (0/13, 3 places above) 

Negatives. He comes here after a break of 283 days and is 0/4, 2 places after breaks of 121 days+ in handicaps. However his last two runs after such a break he has placed and hasnt been beaten that far.

My Verdict. 1/2 point EW 20/1. If he drifts passed 20/1 it may be safe to assume he isnt fit, but he rarely runs a bad race in conditions and has been fit enough to run well after such a break the last twice, that it is impossible to discount a decent run.
