Subject: Betting Better: Saving Time & Increasing Profits

Hello Friend

I hope you ahd a great weekend.

It was a bit mad here, my new RTP Syndicate selling all 40 shares in a little under 36 hours and we even have a waiting list. Thanks to those who joined the 'interested' email list and took the time to consider the offer. It's just the beginning and very exciting.

Yesterday I landed on Storm Home for members at 4s > 5s, my renewed focus on my specialist area of 3m+ jumps races is paying dividends, mentally if nothing else. He joins Big Lense at 20s the other week, this time of year always a bit quieter on the staying chase front although a potentially busy week ahead which is great.

That idea of specialising both saves time, if you're pushed for it, and helps increase profits over time. I've never been more confident in the direction of travel in my race types of choice.

I haven't recorded a feature video for a couple of weeks so thought this was a good opportunity.

I use Storm Home's race in which to explore some of those themes.

  • I re-cap my thinking, what stood out and why I picked him.
  • I talk class and cruising speed, and talk over the full replay of the race and what I was thinking, with a few thoughts on all the other runners.
  • For various reasons most of the opposition should be winning more chases at some point.
  • And of course I talk pace, the one analytical element we should all be considering before we place any bet when trying to puzzle solve ourselves.

If you can't be bothered to watch it, no doubt ironically because you don't have the time to, but do like the odd trainer/jockey stat, do note the following...

Trainer Colin Tizzard / Jockey Harry Cobden / Handicap Chase / 25-26.6 furlongs

62 bets / 18 wins / 37p / 29% sr / +30 SP / +40 BFSP / BFAE 1.61

That's all for today, have a great start to the week,

Josh
