I wasn't planning on emailing you a day after my 'launch' email as in truth I hadn't expected our brand new syndicate to be so popular!
Incredibly 34 of you have expressed a firm interest and been sent our user agreement, most of them have already sent it back signed, knowing they don't need to part with any money until September 1st.

As a lifelong racing fan, but also a lifelong worker, I have never had the opportunity or time to join a syndicate before.
Having now retired and with the time to fully enjoy something like this, and having the opportunity to join something run by someone who is obviously a very decent bloke and will do everything fairly, I’m thinking, as someone less trustworthy has said recently, “If not now, when?” "
I swear I didn't pay him to say the final bit but if nothing else, everything is always open and honest in these parts.
I'm really excited about the group being assembled, a chunk are loyal long term members, some who've been reading my emails for years, others from the previous syndicate I was a shareholder in, and a few newbies.
A range of ages and experiences but with one thing in common - we all just love horse racing and want to get as close to the action as is possible for our budgets.
This email is really for those of you who are nearly there, or were maybe planning to take a few more days to think about it.
I honestly didn't think we'd be this close to selling 40 shares already and I'm not really a fan of those marketing 'scarcity' tactics - but those are the facts.
There are just 6 left and at this rate they will be sold out before the end of the weekend, or maybe even today, and then I'll have to add you to a waiting list :(
