What we focus on EXPANDS Friend!

The challenge is that our brains are hard-wired to focus on negatives (what's not working) as a primal instinct to protect the self.

If you allow yourself to go deeply into the NATURAL (negative) thought process, your brain will begin to STACK situations and possibilities and pretty soon you will find yourself emotionally caught up in the worst case scenario.

HERE'S MY TIP FOR TODAY:

It takes INTENTION, ATTENTION and DISCIPLINE to train your brain away from fear and negativity to a positive and hope-filled outlook.

1st INTEND to keep a positive focus (everything starts first with an intention)

2nd pay ATTENTION to your natural thought process and interrupt it when it's going down a dark rabbit hole. It helps to have a positive alternative thought or focus to use in its place (interrupt & replace).

3rd creative the DISCIPLINE to continue this habit until it is integrated into your being.

It takes at least 30 days of a consistently repeated action for it to become practice. The operative word there is, consistency. 

In the beginning it will be more challenging (but so was riding a bike the first time you got on it).

Keep at it... retrain your brain to work FOR you instead of against you.
