Remember, mindset is everything. It’s not a lockdown … it’s a virally mandated solo training retreat :-) A chrysalis from which you will emerge anew! Keep training and keep studying.

It was fun to do and people seem to have enjoyed it!

I’ll do another later this week! The theme for that one will be the relationship between kata and live practise. Keep an eye on social media for details and be sure to “tune in” and ask your questions :-) You will also be able to watch them after the fact too.
