IAGR Philadelphia Conference 2014, 27 – 29 October 2014
Details of the Philadelphia Conference are now available on the IAGR website. Please block the dates of October 27-29 for our annual conference at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia USA. The IAGA annual conference will be co-located with our conference and will convene over October 29-31.
Do register by 19 September to enjoy the IAGR members’ early bird rates for our annual conference.

IAGR Special Electronic Ballot for Proposed Bylaws Amendment
With its annual review of the IAGR Bylaws, the Board of Trustees has developed numerous proposed amendments which provide clarity and more efficient governance of operations in multiple areas. A detailed summary of these amendments was distributed to all members for comment prior to our email to Jurisdictional members for their votes.
Do note that only the designated voting member from each jurisdiction will need to complete and return the ballot. Please contact Trude and Mariah if you need confirmation of the voting member from your jurisdiction. Ballots are due by Thursday, 21 August.
Questionnaire for IAGR members
Your inputs and suggestions matter to us!
The IAGR Board of Trustees values your opinions and feedback very much, and has sent out a questionnaire in April to seek your views on how we could work together to make IAGR a stronger association.
We thank all members who have provided us with your valuable inputs. For members who have not had the opportunity to go through the questionnaire, you can now access the questionnaire online via https://www.survey-xact.dk/LinkCollector?key=KZJPR9HE3516.
The IAGR Board of Trustees will be going through all members’ feedback in October and would appreciate it if completed questionnaires can be sent to us by 19 September.

With preparations for the next Membership newsletter underway, we invite you to send in short articles about recent activities in your jurisdiction, announcements of interest to your fellow members or any other news that you wish to share with the general IAGR membership.
Please send these items to IAGR Secretariat, Mariah Echele at mariah@mecheleconsults.com by Friday, 22 August.
We also remind our Members of the IAGR LinkedIn Discussion Group. Please consider joining this public forum which includes gaming industry representatives as another outlet for your public communications as well as timely membership news.
