Subject: IAGR Member Survey: Email Promotions of Non-IAGR Activities

Dear Members,

The IAGR Board of Trustees is polling our members through an anonymous survey to ask about the types of information you want to receive.

Member agencies, educational institutions, gaming industry suppliers and commercial event organizers often ask IAGR to publicize, circulate email or post information about their various activities. The IAGR Board of Trustees is extremely conscious of the fact that we are an independent organization of regulators and we do not want to be perceived as marketing, promoting or endorsing any particular organization or activity. At the same time, we want to ensure our members are kept apprised of notices, courses, conferences and other offers that may be of benefit.

In accordance with our mission statement, IAGR often posts notices of various conferences and courses on our website under the Conference / Industry Calendar tab. This allows our members to view gaming industry events that could impact their scheduling of a course, meeting or conference, or attendance at same.

Survey
Please respond to this survey which identifies ten (10) types of organizations who may approach IAGR to promote or announce their activities throughout the year.

The survey takes less than 5 minutes and will close on Friday, 12 May.

We appreciate your time to respond as the Trustees will reference the survey results in development of a policy to manage such requests in the future.

My best regards,

Dale Fuga
IAGR President
