| | Airport Transportation & Help Desk

| | The Host Jurisdiction is arranging a Help Desk at the O.R. Tambo International Airport as an information center for all arriving IAGR 2017 Johannesburg Conference attendees. The Help Desk will be staffed with representatives from
- Project Brand, the local Professional Conference Organizer;
- Gauteng Tourism Authority, the official tourism board for Johannesburg; &
- Tsheola Dinare, the official transport company for the IAGR Gala dinner & Thursday afternoon tour and closing dinner activities.
Please look for banners or signs with logos from IAGR, the Gauteng Gambling Board and the Gauteng Tourism Authority. The location of the Help Desk will be in both Terminal A (International) and Terminal B (Domestic) just as you come out of the Arrivals Hall.
The Emperors Palace provides a complimentary shuttle service from O.R. Tambo International Airport approximately every 20 minutes between 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM. The Help Desk team will direct all attendees to the appropriate shuttle staging area behind the InterContinental Hotel on the airport grounds.
For return trips to the airport as the conference concludes, attendees may contact the concierge in their respective hotels to confirm a place on the returning shuttle for day of departure.
