Dear Members!
In
reference to the IAGR Board’s call for nominations where the IAGR Board
of Trustees announced one available position and one Trustee standing
for re-election: by nomination deadline, Wednesday 09 September 2015, the IAGR Secretary had received the nomination form for the Trustee Mr. Dale Fuga standing for re-election. The Secretary confirms that the nominee, proposer and seconder are financial members, as required by the bylaws.
As the number of nominees is equal to or fewer than the number of
vacancies, the nominee is automatically confirmed as a member of the
Board of Trustees as of October 14 (Election date, ref. Call for
Nomination). An election period involving IAGR members will therefore
not be necessary.
We appreciate the willingness of Mr. Dale Fuga, Liquor and Gaming Authority of Manitoba, North American region,
to continue his commitment as a Trustee of IAGR.
Please find the Agenda attached for the Annual Members Business Meeting, with apologies for the delay in providing the document to the membership. A copy of the Agenda may also be found in the Members Portal. We look forward to
seeing many of you at the Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday, 14
October, in Lima, Peru.
