Term 3 of running is underway, albeit in a different format to what we were expecting!


The Zoom sessions are going well, helped by councils in our LGAs leaving lights on till 8 or 9pm.

Zoom Running Sessions

Here's the timetable, including two new strength sessions at 6:15 on Tuesday and Friday mornings.



Monday 7:00 pm Running Interval Training

Tuesday 6:15 am Strength Training

Wednesday 6:15 am Running Interval Training

Wednesday 9:30 am Running Interval Training

Wednesday 6:30 pm Running Interval Training

Friday 6:15 am Strength Training

Saturday 6:15 am Running Interval Training


Fees

Whilst you’re a running group member, you’ll continue to have access to the Member’s Area, all the recorded strength and running sessions, and either our Zoom sessions or face to face sessions when we our let out of the zoo.


Your card will be charged for Term 3 running on August 4th, unless you took advantage of our EOFY sale and have already paid for the term.


Of course, if you feel this is something you won’t benefit from, please let me know. We can credit you for those sessions we need to hold via Zoom, or I can organise a refund, and we will see you on the other side.
