Getting set for our first Zoom running session tonight at 7pm.
Just a few things about the zoom sessions
Firstly, if you haven't done them before, it might seem a bit weird, but I urge you to give it a go. We had a lot of fun with them last time. Great for relieving stress.
You can see instructions/refresh your memory about using zoom for our running sessions here You're welcome to come to any (or all) of the zoom sessions, not just the one session that you normally come to face to face. If times aren't working for you, let me know. We may be able to do something for you. Strength sessions will be 30-40 minutes.
Safety First
If you are running at night and you are not on an oval, don't run on the road. It's hard to see you. Find a stretch of footpath about 600m long that it reasonably well lit.
Don't have earphones in both ears. You need to be able to hear what's going on around you if you are on the footpath.
By law, you are allowed to exercise with only one other person outside your household group. If you're running with someone, stay at least 1.5m away from them. |
