Subject: Are Hill Repeats and Flat Intervals Sessions Just Variations on a Theme?

Hi Friend

Today's edition of Hooked on Running Radio I give a brief explanation of the difference between hill repeats and flat interval sessions, when and if we should include them in your training plan, and what to do if you don't have access to any hills.

You'll need to be logged into the Members' Area to listen. Once logged in, use the menu on the left hand side to click on Hooked on Running Radio, or click on this link.

If you haven't logged into the Members' Area yet, or downloaded the training app, take 5 minutes to do it today!

Your login details:

Username: friend@example.com

Password: If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten user name or password" underneath the login box.

For the mobile app, go to your App Store and search on Training Tilt. Once downloaded you'll need to log in. Once you're logged in, you shouldn't need to log in again.

Any question, just hit reply and I'll get back to you ASAP.

If you're not already a Facebook group member, click here to request to join. If you have any topics you'd like me to look at for the Hooked on Running Radio episodes, you can ask me in the group. You can also see who's racing, when (hopefully there will be a lot more "racing this weekend" posts this year) and post anything you feel is relevant for the rest of the group.

Here's that Facebook link again.
