I've planned out the next few weeks of training for you, including a run/walk today which I have copied below.


I have also made a short video for you, showing you around the member's area and also explaining your training. If you have any questions, please email me.

Today's Training Session (just for easy access, it's also in your training schedule)


Start with a few minutes of walking to warm up.

6 x 5 minutes easy jogging, 2 minutes walking.

By easy, I mean easy, 3/10 effort. You should be able to hold a conversation at this level of effort - actually hold a conversation, not just listen to someone else doing the talking 😉

Have a few minutes of walking to cool down.



Training App Access

You will need to log in to the Members' Area of our website to view your training program, or you can download our training app to your phone. We use the Training Tilt platform, so you will need to search on Training Tilt in your app store.


Your login details for the Hooked on Running members area are:

Username: jenamymoore@outlook.com.au

Password:  JMresults2022


When copying and pasting your password, be careful you don't include any spaces. 

When you have a chance, take a look around the members' area where there are articles and other resources for you. 


Facebook Group

You should also join our Facebook Group. It's a closed group, available only to Hooked on Running Online Coaching Members. The Hooked on Running coaches will be regularly active in the group, and you can gain lots of insight from other runners, plus share your own triumphs!


Recording Your Training

You can sync your training device with your Hooked on Running training plan. You will need to do so via the Strava App. I've shown you how to do that in the video above. It'll will take about 1 minute.
