Subject: The pain of letting go ⛵🌊

Hi Friend,

Happy Full Wolf Moon!

So this week, I've found the themes of April 2022 are circling back and unexpectedly, I've found my heart letting go of some stuff on a deeper level.

While I have learnt to let emotions flow through me without attaching to them, I have also been reflecting on themes and relationships from an astrological lens to uncover the patterns, broaden my perspectives and deepen my capacity for loving and understanding for myself.

Here's my not-so-eloquent paraphrase of Alan Watts that's been a game-changer for me this week:

Imagine you're a boat. ⛵

The wake behind the boat will not and can not move you forward; it's done, it's the past. 🌊

In the boat, it's the sail or the engine, plus the environment, and most importantly -- it's the direction you point the boat that will and can move you forward. 🧭

The wake behind you, the past - it has no power over you, unless you keep staring at it.

Look forward.

Choose where you want to go, decide with 100% certainty.

Now, point your boat in that direction. 🧭

Let the wind/engine plus your chosen direction; as tactfully and strategically as you can, move you forward. 🤩

So, on this full moon:

✨🌕 What are you leaving behind?

✨🌕 What have you decided to move toward?

If you would like me to hold the vision with you, please reply and share via email. I could love to hold the vision with you.

If you need some support with getting beyond your blindspots and overwriting stubborn habits, Self Alchemy Coaching Sessions might be your jam if you're ready to:

✨ Feel grounded in your body as navigate change with courage.

✨ Take bold step by steps with confidence and clarity.

✨ Align and stay on course with pleasure, play and progress!

There's one more question left to ask ~>
what's the best that can happen?

Wishing you forward motion and new directions,
Heidi

P.S. Today is day 100 ❣️ of cold water dips, if you want to join my journey, I post my dip every day in my stories as a form of accountability and in order to "dry off" and acclimatise to the cold, after the freezing water.
