Subject: The good. The Bad and The Ugly

Please don’t cancel me!

Hi Friend

What’s the difference between an average, good, and great coach?

Is it that the great coach is available constantly and a good coach has set boundaries?

Or is it the other way around?

Have a look at the coaches and trainers around you. Are they good, tremendous or OK?

What separates them?

Maybe it’s the quality and volume of content they put out. Or maybe it’s something entirely different.

Many years of working with some fantastic coaches have shown me one thing.

You can’t grow your business without being a great coach. That alone isn’t enough to build your business.

You must stand out and show why your target clients should work with you…

And they will get the results you promise them.

Of course, I’m not saying you should promise whatever result a client tells you they want to achieve…

If they tell you they want to run a sub-3-hour marathon, with zero running experience…

Promising that result would be unethical.

Plus, you look silly when you don’t help them get there.

The question becomes, how do you stand out AND deliver your client results?

It starts with you being different to what all the other trainers and coaches in your area are doing.

What is your unique take on current events?

What health and fitness fads or trends get your goat?

What resources and materials can you provide to help your client stay on track until the end of your plan?

Answer these questions, and you’re one step closer to becoming the great coach you have the potential to be.

The first two. They’re questions only you can and should answer.

The final one. Well, we have resources available to help you with that.

Let me know if you want to see those resources.

Best wishes,

Naomi.
