Hi Friend
You know your clients need to eat better. They know this themselves.
That’s not why they come to you.
They want to know how they can eat better.
Crack that code, and you’ll see more business than you can imagine handling.
How though.
How do you get your clients to eat better?
How do you get them to stop shovelling Big Macs down their throat like they've never eaten one before?
More, why do they do this in the first place?
It all comes down to their habits.
You already know this.
And so do they, deep down.
The thing is if you tell them they need to change their habits…
There's a good chance this will fall on deaf ears, and they’ll tune out from what you’re saying.
Because the truth is, nobody wants to be told what they’re doing is “wrong”.
Your question should become, how do I get them to change their habits without telling them they must change? How do I get them to shift their beliefs?
It starts with getting them to form new habits, of course. Habits that are more aligned with their goal.
How?
By getting them a quick result.
Better still, show them a result they got quickly while working with you.
I can almost guarantee every single one of the clients that’s worked or working with you has had a result within the first 6-8 weeks of starting.
Whether they’ve set a new PB on a lift.
Dropped some weight
Or started sleeping better. (this is the tip of the iceberg. There are loads of other quick results if you look hard enough).
It’s a result.
Is it the main result they started working with you for? Probably not.
It shows them they’re on the right path to achieving their results.
Now show them they could achieve those goals faster if they started looking at what, why and how they fuel their body.
Show them that fuelling their body doesn’t mean eating the same boring, bland meals daily…
And they can eat tasty and satisfying meals while working towards their end goal.
If you’re stuck for ideas and recipes to show your clients a better way to eat…
Then we have resources available that you can give out to your clients.
Reply and let me know what you’re looking for.
Best wishes,
Naomi.
