Subject: Please don't make this same mistake...

Hi Friend

Any of this sound familiar?

My client doesn’t know what to eat….

So I told her to “Go find some recipes on Google”.

What can possibly go wrong?? 🤔

3 weeks later, her weight loss has stalled and her favourite jeans are feeling tighter.

And now? She’s blaming the training programme I set her… Insisting it must be incorrect!! 🤬

The truth? She found a ‘healthy brownie’ recipe on some trendy Instagram influencer’s page.

Been eating 3-4 every day, and can’t believe how delicious they taste, given that they are “healthy”.

Forgot to put the recipe into MFP and check the macros, didn’t she?

The look on your client’s face when they finally input their favourite  ‘healthy’ internet brownies into MFP... 😩

Here’s just one reason you need to be providing your clients with high quality recipes...

...rather than leaving them to find their own.

There are loads of ways that your clients can get hold of recipes these days…

Website food blogs, social media, celebrity chefs, slimming clubs, Joe Wicks. The list is endless.

One big problem we see is that while a lot of the competitors may be presenting recipes that look sexy, unfortunately when we dig a little deeper, we may be surprised at what we find.

For example, the macros / calories are missing (often for a reason!!) or the recipe doesn’t actually work!

This is why it’s so important that clients come to you for ‘approved’ healthy recipes.

Rather than unreliable content-driven sources.

Best wishes

Naomi
