We’ve had lots of conversations with personal trainers and health coaches over the years...


And one of the thing that pops up time and again is the dreaded lure of the weekend. 


It rears its ugly head by tempting clients to just let loose… after they’ve trained hard all week and eaten consistently! 👹


Because somehow, Friday night, Saturday and Sunday doesn’t count! 


It has other ways of stinging people too…

So how do we challenge this problem?


Well, one of things that can help greatly, is providing our clients with recipes which are:


  • packed full of flavour

  • healthy but indulgent

  • high in protein to aid satiety

  • really easy to prepare and make 


…removing as many barriers as possible.


One of my favourite tasks at Fitpro Recipes HQ, is creating fake-away recipes 👩‍🍳…


Because I’ll admit, I used to be a weekend binge-eater. 


But over the years, as I’ve built up my own recipe arsenal, our local takeaways have been getting much less business from me! 


Chinese, Jamaican and Indian were amongst my favourites.


But now I can make these meals from scratch, the power is in my hands!
