Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock the last few days…

There’s a good chance you’ve already heard the news about Donald Trump.

The former (and potentially next) US President was the victim of an assassination attempt.

Say what you like about the man. Whether you agree with his politics or support him or not…

He knows how to get attention and keep it.

He only speaks to one person. The person most likely to vote for him.

I’ve no doubt that come voting season in the US, there will be people leaving the voting booth shocked that they put an X next to his name. But they will choose to do so because he appeals to them.

He’s unapologetically himself. And he doesn't care about the people it will upset because they weren’t going to vote for him.

But by being himself, he shows people what he stands for and believes in leaving people free to choose him.

And yet, there are millions of business owners in the UK, US and the rest of the world afraid to say what they think or feel about anything…

For fear of offending someone they don’t know and have never met.

Scared they might offend a client keeps them stuck in the same place.

Repeating year one again and again. Wondering why they can’t grow their business.

Producing content that’s not only bland to their ideal customer…

It’s bland to everyone.

Like I said, I don’t care much for politics and even less for US politics. But take the lessons learned from people like Donald Trump.

Be you when you’re producing content. Let people see who YOU are. So they know instantly whether you’re the one for them. Attracting people who think and act like you in business is a one-way ticket to a much more fun and profitable fitness business.
