Subject: Your clients have no willpower

Hi Friend

How often have you had a client tell you they’ve overeaten, binged and they’ve no willpower?

They had every intention of just getting their kids a small treat at McDonalds yet they couldn’t resist ordering themselves some fries…

A milkshake. Triple cheeseburger and a Big Mac.

And they devoured the lot.

Your clients and their lack of willpower isn’t the issue here. I’m sure you know that right?

The problem is theirs, however. It’s their relationship with food.

Giving clients like this a simple macro number to stick to and telling them they can eat whatever they want as long as it’s within those numbers is setting clients like this up for failure.

And you don’t want failure in your business.

Now you can’t follow your clients around all day and give them the thumbs up or down when they show you what they want to eat.

But what you can give them is the tools they need to overcome their bingeing and overeating. You can show them that “eating clean” (whatever that means this week) and restricting their favourite foods is likely the reason for their binges every few weeks. It could be the very reason why they’re yet to see results.

Arm your clients with the frameworks they need for success. Give them a guide to follow.

Give them the knowledge they need to understand why they make the often incorrect decisions. And how they can move past it in the future. By making a decision that works in their favour rather than against it.

Subscribers of the Ultimate Pack receive your recipe ebook, reels, videos, images and Word docs every month. Saving countless hours of content creation…

They also receive a new educational ebook each month.

This can form the basis of ongoing education for your clients. Taking them past restrictive and binge eating.

Showing them how they can enjoy all the foods they love. Without a feeling of guilt and disgust every time they look at a packet of fries or cakes.
