Subject: A knight on horseback attacking a German TANK

Hi Friend

Imagine this if you can.

It’s the Second World War and you’re in what was once Czechoslovakia.

You see a German tank slowly moving forward. In the distance, you can see someone preparing to attack the tank.

You rub your eyes in disbelief.

This person preparing to attack is a man…

Dressed in full knight's armour. Charging on HORSEBACK.

Let me introduce to you the man dubbed the last “Knight”, Josef Mencik.

Josef lived in Czechoslovakia like a real knight until 1945.

He lived in a castle, without electricity.

Even by the living standards in Europe for the 1930’s and 40’s, he was a man who was clearly living in a way that hadn’t adapted to the times.

I see the same with fitness business owners all the time (although not them charging on horseback!)...

They don’t adapt to the times or embrace the new ways of business being won. And when they do try to adapt to new methods…

They execute it poorly. As well as executing the basics, poorly.

I don’t say that to embarrass or ridicule. You only know what you know.

That’s why I agree there is no such thing as a silly or stupid question.

Maybe you've tried to adopt new methods in your business.

Like trying to make sense of Instagram's algorithm or sending endless cold DMs:

“Hey mate, how's your training going?”

🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

Maybe they’ve worked, maybe they’ve fallen flat on their face leaving your fingers burnt and your pockets empty.

But it means you’re in the position of knowing there are better ways to run your business. You just don’t know how to execute them yet.

However, it’s better to execute the basics well and deliver those consistently instead of hopping from strategy to strategy, hoping something will stick…

And transform your business overnight.

We have a whole suite of products for you to use to deliver the basics consistently. From recipe ebooks to monthly subscription products you can use on social media or your membership site.

You can see the products here.

Best wishes,

Naomi.
