Dear Families,

This Message of the Month honors Pastor Ken Pierpont, who entered the presence of our Lord and Savior on February 19th, 2024. Pastor Pierpont’s messages at our Family Conferences and on Embassy Media have encouraged and blessed many people over the years. We are thankful for the years he served on staff with IBLP. His deep love for the Lord and for people came through in his enthusiastic preaching and captivating storytelling.

In this message, “The Firefly Principle,” Pastor Pierpont shares what a truly fulfilled life looks like. To be truly fulfilled, he focuses on eight key points. Some of those points deal with hard questions, such as, What do you do when bad things happen? What does the Bible say about loving those who are difficult to be around? One key point he presents is the “Firefly Principle”—that light shines brightest in the greatest darkness—and how it can bring encouragement to us as Christians.
