Feldenkrais Functional Integration®

 In a Functional Integration lesson, the           teacher’s touch reflects to the student how   they currently organize their body and   actions. They suggest, through gentle   touch  and movement, expanded   possibilities for new movement patterns   which are more comfortable, efficient, and   useful. 

 The student learns how to reorganize their   actions in new and more effective ways   through the experience of comfort,   enjoyment, and ease of movement.

Pilates Core Strength & Flexibility Sessions
BEFORE & AFTER SURGERY: Insure a better outcome by getting in the best condition possible before hip, knee, spine, or shoulder surgery. After surgery, Pilates can help you heal more completely, recover lost ability, and get back on track.

BACK CARE: Learn what you need to know to recover from back injury, reduce chronic pain, and prevent re-injury. Discover how to safely increase strength, flexibility, improve posture, and lift properly to return to normal activity.

PERSONAL FITNESS: Increase core strength and flexibility with the awareness and mental focus to get stronger without getting hurt. Individual Pilates is tailored to your specific needs and level of ability.
