IN-PERSON classes continue Tuesdays in November & December at the 'Social Hall'/ARLINGTON COMMUNITY CHURCH, Kensington. The SOCIAL HALL is very spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lots of light. We also have access to a gorgeous outside DECK and LABYRINTH. If you come a few minutes early you could hang out on the deck, or walk the labyrinth (see pix below). ZOOM classes will continue on Fridays. Looking forward to working with you. (DETAILS BELOW). Drop-in: $18 (TUES or FRI) 8-Classes TUESDAY: IN-PERSON, $125/Couples $200 ($12.50 each per class) 7-Classes FRIDAYS: ZOOM, Single $115/Couples $175 ($12.50 each per class) 15-Classes TUESDAY/FRIDAY COMBO, Single $210/Couples $360 ($12 each per class)
HOW TO PAY: I prefer Checks, yet you can use Venmo or PayPal if you have an account connected to you bank and indicate it a ‘payment between friends & family’ to avoid processing fees. If necessary, you can use Credit cards/PayPal through my website + a small processing fee.

| | ABOUT ERNIE ADAMS:
Ernie has over 30-years’ experience helping students and clients discover how to move more powerfully and gracefully. His approach to teaching integrates principles from several Mind-Body disciplines, including Pilates, Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Feldenkrais Movement Education. He works in many different settings, including physical therapy clinics, Kaiser hospitals, fitness gyms, and private practice. Ernie is also avid hiker, and offers courses on balance, walking and using trekking poles for fun and fitness. He is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner (FGNA), and has an extensive background as a professional dancer. |
