This is a challenging time for all of us. I am planning to continue offering my classes at Mind Body Dojo and want to let you know how I am looking out for your health, and how you can help.
WHAT I AM DOING: - Pilates mats, bathrooms and entry door handle areas will be cleaned before classes with non-toxic anti-viral/anti-microbial agent (floors are routinely moped with same agent).
- We will not use yoga straps, head pads, resistance bands, or rollers. Mats will be placed for you before class. Everyone will be several feet away from each other and we will not be touching each other.
WHAT I ASK YOU TO DO:
- Bring your own mats if you can, or bring a towel to cover my mat if you are concerned.
- If you want a Yoga strap (belt, tie or scarf will work) or head support, please bring your own.
- Come a few minutes early to avoid lines, wash hands, and get a mat.
REQUIRED:
- When you arrive wash your hands at kitchen area or bathrooms. Soap/paper towels provided.
- Please do not come to class if you are sick, or have cold or flu symptoms.
- If have allergies please cover coughs/sneezes. Leave if coughing/sneezing persists.
