New Podcast: 10 things I've learned from 10 years with Chronic Illness.
Hi there Friend,

Many people think it's weird that I keep track of the anniversary of my illness diagnosis but for me, it marks a very significant event when my life radically changed because of Hashimoto's.

In many ways, it was the end of my previous life and the future I thought I was going to have and the beginning of a new one, which was full of grief, fear and complete uncertainty.

Because my descent into chronic illness was a year long process of what I thought at the time was the most horrendous perimenopause ever, once I found out that I now had an incurable, life long autoimmune disease, it was very hard to deal with and accept.

I've been surprised at how many other people have told me that their chronic illness also coincided with a big hormonal shift like pregnancy, menstruation, post partum and menopause.

Now 9 years later with even more diagnoses under my belt, in Season 3, Episode 8 I am sharing the 10 most important things I've learned from my 10 years of living with chronic illness.

Have a listen on the blog by clicking on the link in the image below, or search and subscribe to The Emotional Autoimmunity Podcast on your favorite podcast player and if any of my learnings really resonate with you Friend, hit reply to this email and let me know.

I would love to know your experiences.

I'm always curious about how people find me so I added that question to my Discovery Session booking form and I've been amazed at the answers.

Many got direct word of mouth from a client which tends to still be the way new clients find me but I am seeing more and more who have listened to my podcast, got a recommendation in an online support group and even a couple who were told about me on Reddit!

Every time I meet someone in a Discovery Session, I always come away feeling amazed at the technology that allows me to talk to someone on the other side of the world and a little more in awe at how diverse and incredible our chronic illness community is.

It really does take so much courage and resilience to live with chronic illness and I am blessed to meet so many people who inspire me by how much they are dealing with and how willing they are to change their lives.

So if you've been thinking about meeting me, then book your FREE Discovery Session with me now and let's talk about what you are dealing with and how I can help support you.

Best wishes

Kerry
