Hey Friend,
Have you ever had the experience of trying to change something because it can potentially give you a better quality of life but, you just can't make it stick?
If you have, then you know how it can leave you feeling like a failure.
You think you must be lazy or weak or undisciplined or just not strong enough to make yourself change and I know exactly how that feels because I felt that way for most of my life.
But since I first became chronically ill over 10 years ago, I have managed to successfully change every single facet of my life.
From how I eat, how I manage my relationships, what I put on my skin, what cleaning products I use and how I advocate for myself.
And without those changes Friend, I honestly don't know where I would be right now or if I would still be here.
There's been so many times that chronic illness has taken me to my knees and I have had to rebuild my life, health and body again from scratch.
And in the process, I have learned so many new emotional skills that for the first time in my life, I know I can be disciplined, organised and see changes through, which is the complete opposite of how I felt before.
If you have been following me for a while, you have seen me make many of these changes in real time and also seen how much it has helped me recover as much of my health as I could.
Getting past resistance, and self sabotage, knowing the right way to make change and supporting yourself to stick to it, is a core part of the work that I do with my clients one on one and now Friend I want to share those skills in a brand new way.
So here is everything you need to know about my new Creating Change Group Coaching Program!
When does it start?
Monday April 8th, 2024 with a Zoom call each Monday at 10am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for six weeks. Use a Time Converter to see when that is for you. The one I use is World Time Buddy which is free.
Zoom call dates: April 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, May 6th & 13th.
What support is included?
We will have our own private Facebook group hosted by me and only members can see and make posts and these posts cannot be seen by anyone else.
I will be in the group Monday to Friday giving advice, support and looking after you one on one and helping you stay on track.
You will also have a PDF workbook with the essential skills for creating change.
Will Zoom calls be recorded?
No. To protect everyones privacy, Zoom calls will not be recorded. The coaching calls are given in real time in exactly the same way as my one on one client sessions.
How many places are available?
The group size is strictly limited to 10 places. This ensures that everyone gets the chance to participate as much as they choose to and be supported.
How can I ensure confidentiality from group members?
Every group member needs to agree to keep confidentiality and group rules as part of the program as is standard in any online or in person group you have been part of.
The Facebook group will be managed by me and expectations of the group will be clear including kindness, support and respect, always.
Who is this program for?
Anyone who has been struggling to make a change to improve their health, energy or life and wants skills, encouragement and gentle accountability to help make a change for the better.
Best of all, you will get to do this with like minded people who know exactly what it's like to live with chronic illness.
When will applications be open?
I will be taking applications for the program in the first week of March.
How much is the program and what payment options are available?
The special discounted price for this very first group is one payment of $600.00 AUD or two payments of $300.00 AUD, invoiced via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. You can use a currency converter to see how much you will be paying in your currency.
