Episode 15 and a special give away!
Hi Friend,

Episode 15 of the Emotional Autoimmunity podcast is out now featuring my special guest, Samantha Teague who you may know from her blog and wonderful recipes at The Unskilled Cavewoman.

The first signs of chronic illness for Samantha were GERD and an increasing inability to deal with the stress and demands of her job as a Chef.

In the quest to find work that she could manage, she found her dream job as a personal Chef, but chronic illness took away her ability to enjoy it or continue with it and finding the root cause of her increasing symptoms was still a way down the track.

Along the way she picked up diagnoses of adrenal depletion, Hashimoto's and an IgA deficiency that due to her own research and diligence, discovered was actually an incorrect diagnosis!

What she has is Hypogammaglobulinaemaia which affects the mucosal linings of the body including the gut.

Find out how Samantha put herself back on track to improving her health, being her own best self-advocate and finding very creative ways to get help for herself.

Special give away!

If you know anything about the AIP (Autoimmune paleo protocol) then you have probably heard of Dr. Sarah Ballantyne aka The Paleo Mom.

Every year brings new research and we are able to learn even more about the AIP, and all of this new new information has now been incorporated into the protocol.

The Paleo Mom has always been my primary resource for information for everything AIP, so I love that she has worked so hard to compile everything new into a brand NEW resource for us!

The Autoimmune Protocol e-book is a comprehensive quick-start guide for everyone new to the AIP, and it also presents updates for anyone familiar with the protocol but curious about what the latest research reveals.

With this all-in-one e-book, you’ll be able to hone in on the new information that matters most, including 300+ pages of quick-access information on the AIP, new information on why nutrient sufficiency and gut health are a primary focus of the AIP, 4 weeks of meal plans with shopping lists, over 80 family-friendly recipes, and more!

I have been gifted a copy of the new Autoimmune Protocol e-book to give away so here is what you have to do to be in the running to win it!

1. Hit reply to this email.

2. Tell me why you want to win the book.

Entry to the give away will close on Friday 21st June so if you want to be the winner of the free copy, respond to this email with your "why" as soon as possible!

This is such a great new resource that will benefit so many people, including me and it is out today!

If you want to get your own copy of the book, use the link below and yes, I am a proud affiliate of The Paleo Mom (as well as one of her approved bloggers).

There is a very small and select group of people in the autoimmune community that I personally know and trust and that I choose to promote, because I know how amazing and professional they are.
