Hey Friend.
I really feel like I am starting to come back to life, as I recover from surgery, infection and the loss of my best friend of over 40 years, which was very sudden and shocking.
I'm wanting to do some things and starting to have the energy and motivation to do them and I've even done a few Facebook live videos and I'm thinking about doing a podcast episode!
All signs of progress which is very welcome indeed and I'm continuing to lean into acceptance of what I can do and what I can't right now and know that it's all ok.
Speaking of podcasts, I was lucky enough to be interviewed by Ann Mogilvesky on her podcast 'Mogil's Mob: A Scleroderma chat' where I talk about my roadmap of moving through the grief of chronic illness.
You can have a listen here. You can also click on the image below to take you to the episode.
There is still a lot of grief, uncertainty and fear going on in the world right now Friend so if life is feeling heavier and harder than normal, then give yourself permission to feel it and honour it and be very gentle with yourself.
I also want to let you know that I have space to take on two more clients so if you do feel like life is getting too hard and you need some new skills, strategies and support to help you feel like you too are coming back to life, then book in your FREE Discovery Session with me now online.
Chronic illness is a whole new life where so often, the old ways of doing things just don't help anymore so getting some expert, professional support can be the greatest investment you can make in yourself.
After all, you absolutely deserve it. Warm wishes,
