  • Uncover and resolve your self-sabotage.
  • Get unstuck from your overwhelm and have a plan in place to move forward.
  • Talk through an issue or conflict to identify solutions or understand why you are doing what you are doing.
  • Talk through a potential medical or surgical procedure, explore what is best for you and have a plan to move forward.
  • Get clarity on an issue that has been keeping you stuck. 
  • Find the source of your anxiety and know how to release it. 
  • Get support to face your grief and move through it.
  • Eliminate a phobia (e.g. needles, spiders).
  • Have a strategy to communicate with your Doctor or medical staff and negotiate what you want.
  • Learn how to set and keep strong boundaries and stop being a doormat.

How does it work?

The 90 minute Break Free Single Session is held completely online using Zoom which means you must have a computer or device with good internet connection and a camera and audio.

The fee for the session is invoiced using PayPal and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice. 


Terms and conditions.

  • There are only 10 places available for the Break Free Single Session and bookings are strictly limited. 
  • Only one Break Free Single session per person is permitted. 
  • Payment must be received before your Break Free Single Session is confirmed and the booking is locked in.
  • The fee for the 90 minute Break Free Single Session is AUD $255.00 (USD $164.00)
  • Once booked, the session cannot be rescheduled unless there is an emergency.

How do I book in?

Simply reply to this email and provide the following information:

  • Your name, the country you live in and your time zone (e.g. CST).
  • Tell me what the issue is that you want to break free from and how it is impacting on your life right now. The more information you provide, the better I can assess if the Break Free session is the best choice for you. 

  • Let me know the best day and time that works for you. (Note, this may not be available due to time zone issues or limited session availability).
