Who are you becoming?

Who is the Future Self that you're creating? What does she/he look like? How does she live? What habits, mindset, and behaviors does she have that you need to adopt?

When you're able to visualize the person you're becoming in vivid details, you'll be able to keep yourself motivated over the long haul.

Here's Question #2:
Why is it important to you?

It isn't enough to know who you're becoming.  It is even more important to know WHY.

Your WHY for wanting to create the best version of yourself (Your Future Self) is what I call your motivating factor.

This is one of the most important questions you need to answer at the beginning of your journey because it is what will keep you going when you feel like giving up.
