P4, March 24 to April 17, (4 weeks on, 1 week off)



P4, Week 3, 4/7 to 4/11 - Record Week

6:00am, M / W / F @ Virtual

9:00am, M / W / F @ Virtual

6:30pm, M @ Virtual, T / Th @ MC

*This is a full week.


P4, Week 4, 4/14 to 4/17 - Record Week #2

6:00am, M / W @ Virtual; Good Friday, no live workouts

9:00am, M / W @ Virtual; Good Friday, no live workouts

6:30pm, M @ Virtual, T / Th @ MC

*Next week is the last week of the phase and there is no Friday a.m. workouts!


P4, Empowerment Week, F, 4/18 to Su, 4/27

EW begins on Good Friday and runs through the next week.



P5, April 28 to May 16, (3 on, 0 off)

***This is a fun phase. You'' get stronger, more athletic and change your body more this phase.



P6, May 19 to June 6, (3 on, 0 off)

****This phase is even more fun because it's the quarter peaking phase and you'll get even more strong, more athletic and change your body even more.




Q3's, P7, P8, P9 and P10, June 9 to September 26 (13 weeks on, 3 weeks off)

*****This is the most fun quarter of the year! Beach Season #2, Summer Sports Training & Peaking for Fall Sports, Races, Photos and Events!*****
