Subject: She took the good roller!

Hi Friend,




Yesterday my wife and I were able to train at the same time. So fun, except...




...she did a hey look over there (or really she said the storage rack is too full, so I went to look)




and then she took my whole set up (mat, roller, bench and space on the floor).




So sneaky. Good for her. I'd of totally done the same thing.




But the key thing she did was she took the Rollga Foam Roller. It looks different, but once you go Rollga, you don't go back. It's just not the same anymore. Now I'll have to get a 2nd one at the next conference I go too just for her. :-)

Target Dates to Aim For

Memorial Day Weekend is here and I hope you're looking forward to it. It's a great milestone to have trained for and use as an event for yourself.

4th of July

We've got 45 days until the 249th, 4th of July or 6 weeks and 3 days. Why not use it as an excuse and target to help with your self care and training. Athletes make stuff up all the time to motivate themselves. Why not make something up for yourself and use that date as your target deadline.
