Happy good Karma Monday to you! I mentioned at this morning workouts, that sometimes it feels like the universe is conspiring against you and everything that could go wrong does and then "knock on wood", other times, out of nowhere, it feels like the universe is lining up to help you be successful and for me / for my family and maybe my business too, it feels like that time is starting to happen and oh boy does it feel refreshing and exciting.




Example #1. Saturday, Vivi got randomly invited to a birthday party from 4-8pm that day. We had wanted to go away for our wedding anniversary, but it just wasn't working out, so to get this last minute gift from the universe was so exciting and fun. Hello Saturday D-A-T-E-N-I-G-H-T-!



Example #2. Sunday when we got home from church, Vanessa had a text message from a gymnastics mom inviting Vivi to a trampoline playdate for a few hours, and off Vivi went. Another unexpected gift. Hello quiet time @ home to the soundtrack of Jack Johnson! (and then I learned about him going on tour in 2026 and I bought tickets today. Who's joining us 6/20/26 @ Xfinity Center?)


Example #3. Mike Coyne came back in September, Josh is healthy & back, the Crowleys surprised everyone and returned. Random leads are popping up in my inbox (not yet the right fits, but sometimes you've gotta have a lot of the wrong people before you get the right people) and then I've been openly talking about wanting to go through the exercises of redoing my business plan, like I did in the beginning and wishing I could go through those questions I had to answer, and then the app I've been trying to launch and been paying for is offering me a marketing bootcamp where I can learn over 4 workshops how to build my business online and make it easier to write & share programs and easier for people to do business with me (think no paper membership agreements or waiver forms).




#IFeelLucky and I'm going to continue to put the good luck and karma back into the world and keep taking action while the momentum is here so that it keeps growing and so that everyone around me can feel and share in this moment.




And I see this moment kind of like how I now see school and the providing of free child care. I want to make the most of these hours and days because their gold and they're not forever. There's urgency to make the most of it.

It'll be light & fast on paper (suggested Total DB Load of 20-40% BW).


Reason: the Holly Harvest Fair, a church fundraiser, is traditionally the week before Thanksgiving and this year it's 2 weeks before and also happens to land on the week of Veteran's Day. Veteran's Day is a holiday and my wedding anniversary (11/11/11), so there's no BC on that day, which means there will be no Tuesday workout this week (11/11) and Thursday, 11/13, will be virtual. We were proactive by training 3x in person last week to make up for the only 1 in person this week.
