Suggested Total DB Load ranges from 15-35% BW to 35-55% BW depending on the day. Check your workout card for recommendations (e.g. Monday is 25-45% BW).


If you're new to CYBBC (everyone please welcome my cousin Megan Alves, who'll be joining the 9am, M / W / F, beginning this Wednesday), or have recently returned (Mich and Sean Crowley), just choose weights that feel good and don't worry about percentages for at least a quarter.
