Dial in your nutrition, sleep and recovery and do your best to show up to every workout rested and ready to go. Aim for an attendance PR and if you have make ups, schedule them in now. Guest Month All of September is Guest Month. As you're getting into focus, making progress and peaking if you notice people who might love what we do and can do what we do invite them to be a Very Important Guest. I've written the program so I can give them a lot of attention as you know everything we're doing and I only need to set you up and coach you. I can teach them.
